Dadenggre, Sept 25, 2025: A One Day Training on the forthcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Roll 2025 was held at Multi Facility Centre, Dadenggre C and RD Block on 25th September, 2025. The training was organized for the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and Supervisors of 44-Raksamgre (ST), 45- Tikrikilla (ST) and 49- Dadenggre (ST) in order to equip them with the necessary guidelines and procedures of Special Intensive Revision which would be carried out in the entire country.

Assistant Commissioner (Election), Dadenggre Civil Sub-Division, Dadenggre Solomon Jedidiah Syiem informed about process of Special Intensive Revision adding that it is time bound house to house voter’s verification process which would be conducted by the Booth Level Officers of respective areas to correct the Electoral roll before the elections.

Further, he emphasized on the need for Special Intensive Revision of Electoral rolls which will allow error free and updated voter list including the concerns associated with Special Intensive Revision and also to strengthen the integrity and accuracy of Special Intensive Revision process thereby ensuring fair and transparent voter list for democratic legitimacy.
