An Incident Command Post (ICP) along with Planning, Operations, and Logistics Sections was established at the 2nd Battalion MLP, Goeragre. Staging areas, a base of operations, and a temporary helipad were also operationalised to facilitate effective coordination and resource management.

The exercise witnessed the active participation of the District Administration, Police, Fire & Emergency Services, Health Department, 2nd Battalion MLP, Civil Defence, Incident Response Teams (IRT), line departments, and community volunteers.

Officials stated that the objective of the mock exercise was to assess the preparedness of the district, strengthen inter-agency coordination, test communication systems, and enhance the capacity of responders to handle disaster situations efficiently.

The District Administration expressed appreciation to all participating departments, agencies, and local residents for their cooperation in the successful conduct of the exercise and reiterated its commitment to strengthening disaster preparedness and public safety in the district.
